The top layer is a functional coating for absorbing ink and separating the dye. The original paper is located in the middle, and the coating on the bottom is resistant to warp. The rational division of the three layers of the structure consists of the ink-jet heat transfer paper and the good effect of the good transfer paper with each index. Otherwise, there will be such kind of application problems exposed.
The following is a brief introduction to the use of ink jet sublimation transfer paper.
1. Storage of transfer paper
A) when the customer receives the transfer paper, it should first check whether the transfer paper is damaged during the transportation process: (1) the damage of the plastic wrapping bag of the transfer paper and the dampness of the packing carton. The paper box is seriously deformed and the paper roll is flat. 3. Packing carton perforation, puncture transfer paper and so on may affect ink jet printing, and such a transfer paper should be photographed and rejected.
B) the quality guarantee period of inkjet sublimation transfer paper is 7 months. The customers should make the best use of the transfer paper and use it later.
C) transfer paper should be placed in a cool and dry place to avoid direct sunlight, so that it can be better placed in an air-conditioned room with constant temperature and humidity. The ideal storage conditions are relative humidity 40-70%RH, temperature 10-30 degrees, and stacking on the pallet to avoid moisture. Stacking, such as Pyramid shape, or stacked in a wide size, the number of stacked layers should not exceed the limit indicated outside the carton, generally not exceeding 5 levels.
Two. Printing of transfer paper
A) the humidity of the printing environment is best controlled from 45 to 70%RH. If the air is too dry, the transfer paper is warped easily. At this time, when the volume of the ink is extended, the arch may cause the failure of the friction nozzle; if the air is too wet, the drying speed will decrease and the two ends of the transfer paper are elongated. Please install and activate air conditioners in the inkjet printing room and have stable environmental conditions to stabilize ink jet printing. If there is no air conditioning constant temperature and constant humidity for a moment, the remedy is to peel off the transfer paper plastic bag 1-2 days before printing, and let the transfer paper expose the air in the air and balance the moisture in the transfer paper. The purpose of this is to make the transfer paper absorb water and extend it, so as to avoid the excessive absorption and printing of the dry transfer paper and stretching the arch.
B) when the ambient humidity is very large, the original paper layer of the transfer paper may be uneven due to uneven water absorption on both sides. In this case, the printing of a strip pattern will run off or crinkle. The remedy can be a clean steel pipe between the printer's feeding side and the reel, which is suitable for the two ends of the steel pipe. When the weight is transferred, the transfer paper is kept smooth and proper tension before entering.
C) when the transfer paper absorbs too much water in the air, the paper becomes very soft, which makes the transfer paper wrinkle when it is rubbed through the paper wheel. The remedy is to take off some small springs at intervals and reduce the pressure to keep the printer into paper.
D) to confirm the printing surface of the transfer paper, the printing surface of the all good volume transfer paper is out of face. When the printing surface can not be determined, the two surfaces of the transfer paper can be smeared with the finger with the finger. The heavy slippery sense is the printing surface.
E) when you put the transfer paper to the printer, you should wear fine gloves to prevent the surface of the transfer paper from being dirty fingerprints.
F) when changing the new volume, it is safe to print a small block of standard color first (the standard color block is the user is familiar with the CMYK or 6 color pattern) and make a transfer test to ensure that the color of each paper is consistent, if there is a clear color difference, to find the original cause and elimination in time.
G) in the printing process, it is necessary to play the test bar frequently to ensure the fluency of the sprinkler ink, to make the color of the pattern accurate and to avoid the printing defects due to the local blockage of the sprinkler.
H) at the edge of the printed side, press the inkjet amount of the printed pattern, open the printer's built-in heater, set the appropriate temperature, or open the outside air drying equipment. Make sure that the color of the backside will not be stained on the back, so as to avoid defective printing patterns.
Three. Storage of printed printed paper
A) print good transfer paper and try to store it in volume as much as possible.
B) the printed transfer paper can be rolled in a loose plastic bag and then put upright. The opening of the plastic bag opens to facilitate evaporation of moisture from the transfer paper into the air.
C) the printed transfer paper is best stored in a low humidity environment (humidity is less than 55%RH; temperature is 15-30 degrees Celsius), which is conducive to volatilization of moisture in transfer paper.
D) a good print paper, which is generally required to be transferred after an hour, as far as possible after 5 hours. After it is dry, it can be transferred to print, if there is no drying to transfer printing, the moisture in the paper will become steam interference transfer effect at high temperature, so that there is gas fog, color difference and so on. To ensure that each batch of pattern drying degree is close to the same color. (if printing is transferred immediately, the transfer rate will decrease.
Four. Transfer of transfer paper
The material transfer is divided into sheet metal transfer and cloth transfer.
A) cutting plate transfer printing (plate heat sublimation transfer machine)
Please make the transfer sample before batch transfer, so as to determine the temperature and time of the printer that affect the color.
2. Before transferring the film, make sure that the transfer paper is basically dried, so as to avoid incomplete printing and stains.
(3) to clean the pattern and fabric of the transfer paper before transfer to remove the paper and cilia attached to the fabric and transfer paper, so as to avoid the printing defects between the transfer paper and the fabric.
4. The appearance of heavy shadows is often due to the excessive speed of the pressure plate and the adsorption of transfer paper from the upper plate.
